About Jen

15 years leading this work from the inside

I've run inclusion and hiring inside organisations, as Head of DEI at Kingsley Napley reporting to the Managing Partner, and leading EDI across housing, rail and engineering. I then led consultancy at director level at The Clear Company and Included, advising boards in finance, law, infrastructure and retail.

I start with what the business is trying to achieve, then audit, diagnose and recommend. I'm direct, practical and commercial. In coaching I give leaders space to think, then hold them to what they decide, so the change is theirs and it lasts.
